How we can help
- Contract renewals. We'll compare your supplier's renewal offer with other options before you commit.
- Switching supplier. If another supplier is a better fit, we'll arrange the move.
- New premises. Moving in somewhere new? We'll help you get off any default rates and onto a contract.
- Out-of-contract and rolled-over supplies. If your contract has ended, you may be paying higher rates. We'll check and help you get a new contract in place.
- Multi-site businesses. We can look at several sites together and help line up end dates.
Paying for capacity you don't use?
Larger sites on half-hourly meters usually pay for an agreed supply capacity, measured in kVA. If that figure is set higher than you need, you could be paying for capacity you never use. If it's set too low, you could face extra charges.
We can look at your bills and usage to see whether your agreed capacity looks right. If a change might help, we'll explain the options and what's involved.

Use less, not just pay less
A better price is only half the picture. We can walk through where your business uses energy and suggest practical changes, such as timings, equipment and habits, that could help you use less.
We start remotely, using your bills and usage data. If a site visit would help, we'll arrange one. There's no separate charge for this.

What we need from you
- A recent electricity bill
- Your MPAN (the long number on your bill, sometimes shown in a box starting with "S")
- Your contract end date, if you know it
- For new premises: the address and your move-in date
