What we cover

General waste

Everyday non-recyclable waste, collected in the bin size and frequency that matches what you produce.

Dry mixed recycling

Cardboard and glass

Separate collections for cardboard and glass, ideal for shops, bars, restaurants and warehouses.

Food waste

Food waste collections for cafés, restaurants, kitchens and food businesses.

Confidential shredding

Secure collection and shredding of paper records, with a record of what was destroyed.

Hazardous and clinical waste

Arranged through specialist partners for waste that needs extra care, such as clinical, chemical or electrical waste.

How it works

  1. Tell us what you have

Send us a recent waste invoice or tell us your bins, sizes and how often they're collected.

  2. We review and compare

We check whether your bins and lifts match what you actually produce, then compare options from established providers.

  3. We arrange it

Once you choose, we set up the service and make sure your paperwork, including waste transfer notes, is in place.

Bins, lifts and paperwork

  • Bin sizes and collection frequency. From small wheelie bins to large commercial containers, collected daily, weekly or fortnightly.
  • Overfilled bins or unused lifts. Overflowing bins can lead to extra charges, and half-empty lifts mean paying for collections you don't need. We'll look at both.
  • Duty of care. Every business has a legal duty of care for its waste. That means using an authorised carrier and keeping waste transfer notes. We'll check this is covered.
  • One invoice. Where it suits you, we'll aim to put your waste streams on one account and one invoice.

What we need from you

  • A recent waste invoice or contract, if you have one
  • Your bins: types, sizes and how many
  • How often they're collected
  • Your site address and any access details

We don't charge you a separate fee. We may receive a commission or referral fee from the waste provider we arrange, and we'll tell you before you agree.

Questions

What types of business waste can you help with?

General waste, dry mixed recycling, glass, cardboard, food waste and confidential shredding. For hazardous or clinical waste, we arrange collection through specialist partners who are set up to handle it.

What is a waste transfer note?

It's a record that describes your waste and shows it has been handed to an authorised carrier. Businesses have a legal duty of care for the waste they produce, and keeping these notes is part of that. Your collection provider should give you one, and we'll check this is in place.

Can you reduce what I pay for waste?

We can't promise a saving, but we often find bins that are the wrong size, lifts you don't use, or bins that overflow and lead to extra charges. We'll review what you have and compare options from established providers, then show you what we find.

How do you get paid for waste?

We don't charge you a separate fee. We may receive a commission or referral fee from the waste provider we arrange for you. We'll tell you about this before you agree to anything.

Can I have everything on one invoice?

Often, yes. Where it suits your business, we'll look for an arrangement that puts your waste streams on one account and one invoice, so there's less admin.
